Pastoral Care

Each student is allocated a Skills Coach who works with them on a one to one and small group basis. The Skills Coach arranges reviews and monitors the progress of the student, keeping in close contact with parents, carers and other relevant agencies. The Skills Coach is the first point of contact for students and parents and carers. They consistently support students with a solution focused approach. Skills Coaches also deliver tutorials to enhance the curriculum. Tutorials are thematic and range from keeping safe to careers.
