Songs of Praise comes to The Skills Hub!

The Skills Hub was buzzing with excitement to welcome very special guest, soul singer extraordinaire, Mica Paris.

Mica and a film crew came to school to record a segment for Songs of Praise. She spoke with students about their aspirations and goals for life. Principal Paul Chambers said: “The students were phenomenal, they spoke about their thoughts, their ideas, their aspirations. They also quizzed Mica about her career, the meanings behind her songs, even what it was like working on EastEnders! It really was an amazing day and I’m so proud of our students.”

It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved, and we are sincerely grateful to Mica and the crew for joining us at The Skills Hub. We can’t wait to see the final show on 27th December.

Thank you, and God bless you for all the work you have done with my son. It feels like I have my son back.
