Free School update

We are delighted to announce the planning conditions have been met and the contractor has been appointed for our new school building.

The Free School, which will be called Young People’s Hub will be built on the current grounds of Young People’s Academy (YPA). We will be co-located with YPA, which will also be a Free School.

Building work will be starting in January 2021, and should all work go to plan, we will move into our new premises in January 2023.

The new building will be a wonderful learning environment for our students, and we look forward to a bright future for our school community.

The Skills Hub has been the best thing that has happened to my son; the support and kindness you have all shown him and I, is second to none, no judgment, no prejudice, just pure empathy, understanding and upmost support and for that I am eternally grateful.
