Careers Fair

We had 5 organisations come in to school to take part in our Careers Fair. Those taking part were:

1) Uxbridge Job centre – Schools officer
2) P3 Navigator
3) Uxbridge college
4) Skills Training
5) Volunteer Engagement Programme

The day was very positive and the students were confidently speaking to external staff and engaging well in order to find out about future opportunities. One of our students was interested in volunteering for Barnardos Charity shop in Yiewsley, we’re proud to say Michelle (one of the speakers) has set this up for him.

Two other students have applied to Uxbridge College.

It was a productive day and the students were keen to discuss the opportunities on offer.
