We are incredibly saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and send out heartfelt sympathy to the Royal Family. We join the nation in gratitude for her life of duty and public service.

Complaints

The Skills Hub wishes to communicate effectively with our parents, students and wider community. However, we accept that we can on occasion make mistakes or fail to communicate as well as we would wish.

The Skills Hub is committed to dealing with complaints promptly, fairly and carefully. We encourage parents, carers and other members of the school community to raise (on an informal basis) any concerns they have at the earliest opportunity. In most instances, this will involve speaking directly with the member of staff concerned, who will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You can get in touch with us in the following ways:

By letter – The Skills Hub, Old School Building, Providence Road, Yiewsley UB7 8HJ
By email – info@theskillshub.org
By telephone  – 01895 447 102
Or in person, after making an appointment

When you get in touch, please remember that we need to know what has happened, when it took place, who was involved and what you would like us to do to resolve the issue. If you require assistance in raising your complaint please let the school know so we can put in place appropriate arrangements to support you throughout the complaints process.

If you remain dissatisfied, the school has a formal Complaints Policy which sets out a structure under which your complaint can be heard.  You can access the policy by clicking the link below; alternatively, a hard copy can be obtained from the school office.
