A visit from Boris

We were delighted to meet Boris Johnson at Hillingdon Hospital’s Peter Pan Ward, where our teacher Louise Mander was working!

Our Pupil Support Team offers an invaluable service where it goes in to the community to teach young people who are unable to attend school due to medical reasons. It was as part of this service that Louise was fortunate enough to meet the MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip while she was at the hospital with a student. Mr Johnson opened a new wing of the Peter Pan children’s ward and spent time visiting young patients. You can have a read of the event on the hospital’s website here: http://www.hillingdontimes.co.uk/news/14816893.Boris_Johnson_opens_new_wing_of_Hillingdon_Hospital_children___s_ward/

Thank you, and God bless you for all the work you have done with my son. It feels like I have my son back.
